This is 15th world cup for England National team, they appeared in 14 times, first was in 1950 and had won only once in the world cup in 1966. England team played their first international match was against Scotland in 1872 and this was the first international football match. The team have their biggest victory, was against Ireland in 1882, They beaten Ireland by 13-0. And Hungary was the team who made biggest victory against England. Hungary beaten England in 1954 by 7-1. England team is currently in 13th FIFA World Rank. At Fifa World Cup 2014, They were in Group D and Uruguay, Italy and Costa Rica are other three in Group D. They will play their first match on 14th June 2014 against Italy. Then against Uruguay on 19th and against Costa Rica on 24th June 2014.
